Return or Replacement Form

Before completing the form, we invite you to carefully read our Return and Replacement Policy in the Terms and Conditions of Service section, in compliance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, articles 52-59) .

Return Conditions:

The return can be requested within 14 days of receiving the product .
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with any accessories and manuals.
The return is at the customer's expense, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.
The product must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Returns of used, tampered or without original packaging products will not be accepted.

Conditions for Replacement:

Only available for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If the replacement product is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.
GlamLuxe reserves the right to check compliance with these conditions before proceeding with replacements and/or refunds.
