Introduction
This Cookie Policy describes the different types of cookies that can be installed on the user's device while browsing the GlamLuxe website and provides detailed information on how to manage and configure them. GlamLuxe uses cookies and similar technologies in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Privacy Directive 2002/58/EC, Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, as well as in accordance with the Guidelines of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data on cookies and other tracking tools (Provision no. 231 of 10 June 2021).
Definition of Cookies
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by the user send and record on his/her computer or mobile device, to be then re-transmitted to the same sites on the next visit. Thanks to cookies, a site remembers the user's actions and preferences (such as, for example, login data, the chosen language, font size, other display settings, etc.) so that they do not have to be re-entered when the user returns to visit the site or navigates from one page to another. Cookies are therefore used to perform computer authentication, session monitoring and storage of information regarding the activities of users who access a site and may also contain a unique identification code that allows tracking of the user's navigation within the site itself for statistical or advertising purposes. While browsing a site, the user may also receive cookies on his/her computer from sites or web servers other than the one he/she is visiting (so-called "third party" cookies). Release of Consent

For content personalization cookies, on the other hand, i.e. those aimed at creating profiles relating to the user and used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the web, prior consent from the user is required.
Managing Cookie Preferences
In accordance with art. 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Guidelines of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data of 10 June 2021, users have the right to independently manage their cookie preferences, exercising their consent in a free, informed and revocable manner at any time.
The user can choose between the following options:
- Accept all cookies via the initial banner, allowing the use of technical, analysis, personalization and marketing cookies for a complete and optimized experience;
- Customize your preferences by accessing the "Manage Consent" section, where you can select which types of cookies to enable and which to disable;
- Refuse non-essential cookies , continuing to browse the site without affecting the basic functionality of the service offered;
- Revoke or modify your consent at any time by accessing the "Manage Consent" section again or using your browser settings.
Management via browser settings

Features of Cookies
There are various types of cookies, depending on their characteristics and functions, and these can remain on the user's computer for different periods of time:
· Session cookies: these are automatically deleted when the browser is closed and generally do not exceed 24 hours of validity;
· Permanent cookies: they remain on the device for a pre-established period, which can vary from a few days up to a maximum of 13 months , as foreseen by the Guidelines of the Privacy Guarantor of 10 June 2021 ;
· First-party cookies: installed directly by the website visited and managed by the data controller;
· Third-party cookies: installed by domains other than the one visited, often used for advertising, analysis or integration with external services. These must also comply with the storage limits set by current legislation.
Types of Cookies Used
The GlamLuxe website (hereinafter “Site”) uses technical cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation and cannot be deselected (“Strictly Necessary Cookies”). The cookies listed below can instead be selected or deselected directly from the banner displayed upon first access to the site (by clicking on “Privacy Preference Center”) or, subsequently and whenever desired, from the “Privacy Preference Center” accessible via the appropriate Customize Cookies inserted in the footer, present on every page of the Site and accessible via the “Privacy Preference Center” button shown in this Cookie Policy.

They are set by a series of services related to the major Social Media, which we have added to the Site to allow the user to share our content with his contacts (such services could for example correspond to the "Like" buttons of Facebook or "Retweet" of Twitter). GlamLuxe uses analysis tools such as Google Analytics , with the IP address anonymization function activated, ensuring that the information collected cannot be traced back to a single user.
The legal basis for the processing is identified in art. 6(1)(f) GDPR , as the processing is based on the legitimate interest of the owner to monitor the performance of the site, understand user behavior and optimize the browsing experience. The user always has the option to disable these cookies through the Privacy Preference Center , without this affecting the functionality
Functionality Cookies

Protection of Minors
GlamLuxe is committed to ensuring a safe environment that complies with current regulations regarding the protection of minors' personal data. In accordance with art . 8 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 101/2018 , GlamLuxe does not knowingly collect, store or process personal data from users under the age of 16 without the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The use of the Site and its services is reserved for users of legal age or, where applicable, for minors under 16 years of age with documented consent. of a parent or legal guardian. The company adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the accidental collection of personal data of minors , implementing age verification systems and specific consent mechanisms in compliance with the guidelines of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data .
In the event that GlamLuxe becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a user under the age of 16 without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian, GlamLuxe undertakes to take all necessary measures to delete such data as promptly as possible. The parent or legal guardian may exercise the right to immediate deletion by sending a written request to the email address privacy@glamluxe.it , specifying the information to be removed and providing the necessary documentation to demonstrate the relationship with the minor.
Pursuant to art . 17 GDPR (right to be forgotten) , this request will be handled without delay and, in any case, within a maximum of one month , extendable to three months in case of particular complexity. The parent or guardian, if he or she believes that the rights of the minor have been violated, also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data .
User Rights
Pursuant to articles 15-22 of the GDPR , the user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of a processing of his/her personal data and to receive detailed information on their use. In particular, he/she has the right to:
· Access the personal data processed , obtaining a copy of the information held by the data controller ( art. 15 GDPR );
· Request the rectification of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data to ensure that they are always updated and correct ( art. 16 GDPR );
· Request the deletion of personal data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, unless there are legal obligations that require their retention ( art. 17 GDPR, right to be forgotten );
· Restrict the processing of data in certain circumstances, for example when the accuracy of the data is contested or in the event of unlawful processing ( art. 18 GDPR );
· Object to the processing of data for reasons related to your particular situation, with the right not to be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling, unless explicit consent or specific contractual obligations ( art. 21-22 GDPR ) ;
· Receive your data in a structured and machine-readable format and request direct transfer to another data controller, where technically feasible ( art. 20 GDPR, right to data portability ).

The Data Controller undertakes to respond to the user's requests within a maximum of one month from receipt of the request , extendable up to three months in cases of particular complexity , pursuant to art. 12 GDPR . In the event of failure to respond within the deadlines, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Please note that, as provided for by art. 13 GDPR , any changes to cookie preferences will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent. Any changes to this Cookie Policy will be communicated to users through the website, and where necessary, consent to data processing will be requested again.

GlamLuxe reserves the right to modify this Cookie Policy to adapt it to new regulations or updates to the cookies used. Users will be informed of any changes via the website and, if necessary, consent will be requested again.
