Authentic Reviews

Pursuant to Articles 18 and 22 of the Consumer Code , we are committed to ensuring the authenticity of all reviews published on GlamLuxe.it. This is a crucial aspect for establishing a relationship of trust with our customers:

  • In this initial phase, reviews will be provided by direct customers of our suppliers and will be clearly identified as such.
  • We will use the Loox app to collect and manage reviews, ensuring that each opinion reflects real and verifiable experiences.
  • As sales increase, we will prioritize authentic customer reviews and update this section regularly.

Contractual and Unfair Clauses

Our Terms and Conditions comply with the provisions of Title I, Chapter II of the Consumer Code , excluding any unfair or penalizing clause for consumers. Examples of unfair clauses that we DO NOT apply:

  • Unjustified limitations on the right of withdrawal, such as penalties or restrictive conditions.
  • Exclusion of our liability for delays, product defects or other issues.
  • Unilateral changes to contracts without adequate notice.
